Meet Farah Joseph BSc, MSN-FNP, RN

Farah Joseph is a dynamic entrepreneur, healthcare professional, and community leader whose career embodies the perfect blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and innovation. With a passion for advancing healthcare and empowering communities, she has become a respected leader known for her vision, resilience, and ability to bring people together.

Education and Clinical Expertise:

Farah earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and advanced her education with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). As a Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive experience, she has worked in diverse healthcare settings, shaping her leadership style around empathy, integrity, and service. She also holds a certification in digital marketing, combining her clinical foundation with modern business and communication strategies.

Entrepreneurial Leadership:

Farah is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Level3MD, an IT and Cybersecurity firm dedicated to helping small and mid-sized businesses protect themselves from costly disruptions such as downtime, ransomware, compliance risks, and data breaches. She also serves as the Founder and CEO of Prosperity Connect, a platform designed to help professionals and entrepreneurs grow through collaboration, mentorship, and shared resources. Known as a master connector, Farah believes strongly that “your network is your net worth.”
